MADNESS
Today I have been at Nissan service. I had appointment in 7:00 am so I wake up in 6:30 and went to the service station. They took my car and I stayed there until they fixed issues. After 5 hours they told me “We can’t find your part that was delivered in Monday”. I became furious. I called him in Monday and they told me that part came in. When I asked “What are you doing 5 hours?” They told me “We are looked for part.” I became MAD. I promised myself that i will never go back to that service station again.

I'm surprised I didn't hear you screaming all the way in Queens! I would have been furious too. I agree that you shouldn't go back there again.

today my coustomer complained me about volvo service.
I have nothing serious, also it is not first time.
